The service and eligibility

Asat is an online platform that turns satellite imagery into practical insights. Through the dashboard, you can monitor areas of interest, track changes over time, and receive reports and alerts on land use, vegetation and infrastructure.

You must be 18 or older to purchase or subscribe. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential.

Plans, prices and payment

The full price of each plan, including the billing interval and any charges, is shown in local currency before you confirm checkout.

An order is confirmed when payment is approved.

We may cancel orders with pricing errors or suspected fraud. In that case, we refund any amount paid.

Subscriptions, automatic renewal and cancellation

Recurring plans renew automatically at the price and interval shown before purchase until you cancel. Each renewal is charged to the payment method on file.

Where required by applicable law, we will send you a reminder before a renewal charge.

You can cancel at any time from your account area or by contacting our support. After you cancel, no further charges are made, and access continues until the end of the period already paid.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

All content on the website and platform belongs to Asat or its licensors. This includes software, dashboards, analyses and text. It may not be copied, resold or redistributed without permission.

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful purposes.

No guarantee of results

Insights, reports and alerts are decision-support information. Their usefulness depends on factors such as the area monitored, how you use them, and the decisions you make.

We do not promise specific outcomes, savings or earnings.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including decisions made based on information from the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws.
