Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with Asat. This policy explains how to request a refund for an Asat subscription. Effective date: 2026-10-23.

Refund period

You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

Because Asat is a digital service, there are no physical products to return or exchange.

We answer within 2 business days.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Card statements may take one or two billing cycles to show the refund.

Cancelling stops future renewal charges. To cancel, follow the instructions in our Terms of Use.

Cancelling on its own does not refund amounts already paid. Refunds follow the period and process described above.

Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned, except in case of defect.
